Keith Sconiers is a successful entrepreneur, storyteller, and catalyst change. Born in Fresno, California, and raised by split parents and a wise, no-nonsense grandmother, Keith faced many adverse circumstances that quickly put him in the at-risk youth category. In Keith's freshman year of high school, a coach approached him about playing basketball. It was the first time a mentor actually painted a technicolor story of what Keith's future could look like. Ultimately, this interaction began changing the trajectory of his life. Keith accepted a basketball scholarship, and he went on to play at Portland State University from 2002 to 2006.

After graduating, Keith, like many of us, struggled to transition from athletics into the business world, feeling unmoored and at times depressed for almost a decade. Once he realized the power of storytelling as a galvanizing force for change, things began to shape his new and exciting perspective and mindset. Keith realized that his true passion points back to his roots: Keith realized that his purpose was supporting entrepreneurs, athletes, and at-risk youth through coaching, storytelling, and mentoring.

In 2016, Keith formed PaySuite, a financial services firm committed to serving the needs of businesses in the retail, restaurant, and B2B markets. Today, they are recognized as a premier brand helping businesses navigate the credit card processing industry. In 2019, Keith launched Catalyst Training & Development to fulfill a dream of helping entrepreneurs align their business with their purpose.
